For the past 10 years I have been working with athletes from a variety of sports to develop elite performance both on and off the competition field. From running large scale athletics camps, coaching teams or athletes one on one, and developing the mental athlete, I have deeply enjoyed the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with athletes striving to be better.
Athlete Whisperer
Since the age of 15 I have had a passion for sharing my athletic and mental performance experiences with other athletes.
Over the years I have learnt what it takes to be the best. I understand the mental and off-court rituals and practices that make the great athletes great. I believe this is an athletes biggest secret weapon, and is ultimately what propels the great athletes to rise above the rest.
Athlete Whisperer develops ability and capacity in the areas of mental performance for athletes. Working with dedicated athletes 1 on 1 as well as well as in team settings, development is achieved through coaching, mentoring, and facilitating conversations specific to the athlete or team's area of focus.

My Athletic Journey
I devoted my early years to the sports of basketball and discus. Basketball was my sport of passion, I helped lead my high school team to 2 BC AAA Provincial Championships where I was honored to receive tournament MVP along with 3 years of 1st team all star and defensive player of the tournament. I then accepted a full athletic and academic scholarship to Portland State University, where I co-captained our team for 3 years winning the school's first 2 Conference Championships and NCAA National tournament appearances. After PSU, I accepted another full athletic/academic scholarship to Trinity Western University, where I helped co-captain our team to a National Championship appearance and completed my MBA in entrepreneurship.
On the track I found I had a unique talent to throw the Disc long distances. With only a couple of months of training a year, I worked towards competing at a Provincial and National level, winning 2 high school AAA Provincial Championships, and 2 high school National Championships before going on to compete as a dual athlete at Portland State University.
More recently, I have decided to shift gears again and take on the sport of Crossfit. My current goals are to help lead a team to the Crossfit World Games, held every year in front of 16,000 raging fans in Los Angeles' Home Depot Center.
The Mental Game
The reality is athletics have never come easy to me. I am not by any stretch of the imagination a "freak or natural born athlete". I have had to claw and scratch for everything I have earned. Over my years of experience, I came to the realization that the mental side of athletic performance is really the ultimate difference maker. What's more is that this skill, unlike how to shoot a basketball or throw a discus, is completely transferrable to every sport and aspect of life!
Since coming to this realization early in my athletic career I have worked hard to understand the various aspects of training off the court or field, and committed to being an expert and leader in this space.
